Here are a few notes to help you in the creation of your werewolf characters. We expect everyone to think out their character fully, to give them a purpose and drive to their storylines.
If you are considering a werewolf:
Here we ask you to think about:
NB: These are guidelines only, not rules. If there is a good reason why you character goes against them, then they will be accepted into the game!
If you are considering a werewolf:
Here we ask you to think about:
- Heritage - we’re slightly more lenient here than in the books. As the population of vampires has increased in Forks, we have assumed that weaker Quileute blood will be activated to become shapeshifters. This means that you don’t need a familial connection with one of the canon characters, though it does mean that at least one parent must be from an old Quileute family.
- Secret Keeping - while the old legends are rife in La Push, not everyone knows that they’re true. It can be explained away as local superstition, but phasing in front of a tourist, or one of the Forks kids, will be cause for alarm.
- Location - it’s unusual for any of the La Push kids to be taught off the reservation. If they are going to attend Forks High, try to figure out a reason why.
- Packs - NonCanon wolves will be a part of Sam's pack as his is the main one of LaPush. Few of the pack moved to Jacob's and it is more selective, and meant to be the smaller pack.
- Gender- Female wolves are are a rarity, as Leah was the only one mentioned in the book. We have accepted a noncanon female, but are not currently accepting anymore with the current total number of wolves. This may or may not change as the numbers increase.
