Edward didnt need to be reading his sister's mind at that moment to see when she remembered the instance he was referring to of her lost sight. It had been hard for them both. Edward knew that while she may not have seen everything after Bella's jump, it was easy for her to see what Edward had intended to do. He couldnt imagine how hard that must have been on her and hated that he put her through that.
Edward thought it was a good gesture on Jayden's part apologizing to Alice for the trouble. But while it might be something Alice could get past, as Edward glanced over at his other sister, he wasnt sure Rosalie would accept an apology and move to more friendly terms just yet.
Edward listened as Alice went on to explain the relationship between their family and the tribe. Edward tried to imagine what the Quileute would say if they knew about Jayden. He was sure that they wouldnt care if she didnt thirst for human blood. She was half vampire, the thing they hated most. They barely allowed the Cullens there, would they allow one more.
"I think that's the best idea" Edward agreed as Jayden mentioned wanting to know the boundaries. "I can show you the line, just dont try your luck at crossing it, my suggestion would be to stay far from it."

Alice nodded in agreement, "They aren't understanding of things that concern vampires-" with that she turned to Jayden, "or Hybrids. There is an agreement between our family and by your presences they might come to believe that we've broken it." Alice, nor Jasper, had been present when their family had made this agreement but it had applied to them and any family that lived within the vinicity. Not that any other family lived nearby but it was a warning. It would be a good thing for Edward to show where the line was and hopefully no one would be around to see him do it. Someone not knowning of their situation would mistakenly take her for a human that had been "lured" by Edward's charm.
"Nothing so far suggest that it would be a bad idea and it should be done at night and quickly. The woods around here are darker due to how close the trees are but I'm sure you already know that."

Listening to talk about the wolves, boundaries and lost sight Jayden felt she may already be causing them more trouble and worry then she’d intended. Maybe the blonde was right, she was trouble. As Jayden listened she wondered what the wolves would think of her, surely they’d see the human part of her. She even wondered if she could hide the vampire part completely, it was a thought she often toyed with. However, since she’d spoken to Carlisle the day of meeting she realized that both parts went into making her whole and to deny one would be to live a half life.
As Edward spoke Jayden looked to him. Even after the argument they’d had on first meeting she saw him as her only possible ally in the room and he was still been hospitable. “That would be much appreciated Edward. And I can promise you, I can promise all of you.” She looked to his sisters as she spoke. “I have no intention of causing any trouble with the wolves or the humans.”
When Alice spoke Jayden was shocked, how could her presence hit towards a breaking of whatever pact they had? “I don’t understand, how could my presence and status as a hybrid mean a breaking in your treaty?” She asked confused as she looked to the dark haired girl. “I’m hybrid, not a turned human.” She stated.

"A hybrid yes and they would see you as abomination in their eyes that even a vampire would take on a human mate." It was harsh but it was the truth even if she hadn't been turned whose to say that she wasn't a child of any of theirs. Jayden's appearance was obviously young enough to have been fathered by one of their own males. "They won't listen to reason once they've seen you and this young group of wolves are more volatile than their predecessors. It doesn't help that most of them are young males before the age of twenty."
Alice pressed her forehead into her hands, than looked up at the three people before her, Rosalie still appeared upset but her stance looked threatening. Edward on the other hand was being very passive which surprised Alice seeing as at times he was the most moody of them all.

Rose listened to the exchange the three of them had. Well, of course, just tell the hybrid in on all of their affairs in Forks. It's not like they had kept their privacy for so long for any reason. Just let some stranger of questionable origins and let her know everything because she's was told how to sneak around her siblings' powers. Standing still and only letting her eyes flicker back and forth as they each spoke, the only movement she made was the tiniest shaking of her head in pure disappointment and refusal of everything that was happening. The mention of the wolves sparked the familiar sense of annoyance they always conjured from Rose. They were a bunch of uncontrollable children with egos... that just so happened to be able to kill them if the treaty weren't in place.
"As you can see," she said lowly, "we have a very delicate balance we have to maintain here. The Quileutes can reveal many things if we do not keep our promises. If they were to misinterpret your... presence here... it will not end well. They are a young and impulsive group... as if they already didn't have an excuse to be obnoxious." Rosalie's opinon was easy to decipher from her voice and stance. She still thought this was all an entirely bad idea, and that Jayden didn't belong here one way or another.

If only Jasper was around than the mood might be a little more relaxed and not so tense as it currently was. He would be able to soothe the ache in her head by just his presence alone but it wouldn't have been a good idea. Jayden had a sweet smell to her though there was an earthy undertone that seem to come from her clothing. Unlike Rosalie, Alice was friendlier but not so much that she wanted to make friends with any of the students at any of their high school. Bella had been an exception but she'd crept into the group slowly, which Alice had forseen, and made her place well established. Despite what Edward's intention on that relationship in the beginning it had come into fruitation and Alice couldn't imagine life without Bella. Bella had become a sister to her and it would hurt just as bad if anything happened to Rosalie.
Alice often wondered if she were like Rosalie a little more would she be able to get her thoughts across better. Unafraid to let her feelings be known through infliction or recieved. It wouldn't have ber so it would have been no use. Had Jasper told her were he was off to? Alice knew she could peek in on him but it wouldn't have been right. Jasper had obiviously gone out on important business. Of course, she knew had had some associates in Seattle and various people around the nation. Could he have gone?

“As I said before I’m not here to start trouble with you or the local wolf populous.” Jayden reiterated as she looked to the blond to clarify then back to the dark haired seer. “Do they block your sight?” She asked intrigued by the smaller one’s inability to see a hybrid’s future. She turned from the blond who clearly didn’t like her and the seer who seemed to be uncomfortable
Turning to Edward she stared at him, “Have you finished with this interrogation?” she asked silently hoping his intrusive mind was searching hers or open enough to hear her thoughts.

Of course the whole situation had been blown way out of proportion but with everything that had happened within the last few months, it was only a precaution they were talking. Alice hadn't wanted others, who were somewhat like themselves, to see how unfriendly they were, at the moment, and that should have been reserved for the Volturi. Of course she wouldn't jump in just yet but the young woman before them seemed irritated. How could she answer the question, she hadn't been so sure of it yet, "They're something definitely going on when they're around..." The answer was vague but it was the only one she could provide. Who knew whom this woman associated with. They didn't need to know that the Seer couldn't see.
