Jasper slowly walked down the stairs, his neck craning over so he could see Alice as soon as possible. Getting a glimpse of her was always important, especially on a day like today. Jasper didn't know how to feel about today. Everyone was starting their life, and Jasper was still adjusting to keeping his fangs to himself. As it were, he couldn't leave the house without an escort, and only small places with few people unless the entire family was there to watch him. He wished that he could follow them, go to school...he never really got a chance to go to school after a two-three years. It was all that was required of a farmer's son.
But it would be dangerous.
So Jasper was staying home with Esme. His poor adopted mother. Jasper slipped through the group, and standed by Alice, his eyes finding hers an offering her a good luck without saying a word. His fingertips just gracing her own. It was only fair to wish his siblings and father a good day. Though he didn't think that he would be able to jump into their fun, although the excitement inside of them was easy to pick up on. It certainly over powered Jasper's own yearnings to be included.

Riding a bike? Alice scoffed at the idea though it would be fun to ride piggy back on one of her brothers back. The only draw-back would be that her hair would be ruined and there was a possibility of mud being brought up by the force. Yeah, it was an idea best kept to herself though Edward would probably find it amusing if it was brought about into the open. Rosalie's reaction would be funny to say the least. "The Mercedes sounds like a swell plan to me since it isn't as flashy as Roselie's or as huge as Emmett's jeep." The ride was probably not going to be so comfortable just by Emmett's and Edward sizes but Rosalie and Alice would be fine. Well Alice would be fine being the smallest one within the family.
His scent lingered in the air as he descended the stairs, Alice turned to catch Jasper's eye, her husband had finally made his appearance. It was hard on him to see them go but the vision she'd shared a few nights ago hadn't been pleasant. The red-head. Alice shook her head, to clear it, as she offered him a smile and took his hand into hers. It felt good to hold him even though they'd just seen each other, "We weren't being to emotional were we?" Had he sense their joy? Alice held his hand tightly, sharing her joy with him, as she saddled up beside him.

Rolling her eyes at Emmett's overly dramatic promise she shook her head and said not a word. She was used to his goofy and sarcastic manner and though it could get a little out of hand she wouldn't have it any other way.
She laughed quietly as she listened to the conversation between Alice, Edward, and Emmett. She didn't bother to add to any of what they were saying.
Both Esme's brows raised and a large grin spread across her face at Carlisle's mention of any of them riding a bike. "Right," she laughed, "As if Edward and Rosalie would pedal a bike when there are cars sitting in the garage. Alice would never be caught on one. And I'm not sure they make them sturdy enough for Emmett's frame."
Her honey colored eyes went straight to Emmett and she smirked at him before adding, "No offense of course hon."
It was rare that Esme found herself joining in their little teasing and going back and forth, but she couldn't resist. The idea of any of them on a bike, herself included, was humorous.
As Jasper descended the stairs Esme looked up at him and smiled warmly. She knew he was having a difficult time with the change and was probably feeling like the outcast, but they all knew where he was coming from. He was to stay home with her until he felt he was able to join the rest in public school. Esme promised herself she would not be too smothering of the boy. She did not want to annoy him in anyway.
"Good morning Jasper," she greeted.

School was going to be terrible starting over again, Emmett preferred college, or even starting school as a junior. He understood that the earlier they started in a place the longer they could stay and despite his banter he liked to see his family settled. “Fine then I’ll run to school and get in shape for the football team.” He smile and joked never wanting to be out done.
“I could ride a motorbike and just call it a bike.” Emmett said trying to find a way around the whole bike situation as he smile brightly at his ‘mother’ and her gentle way of mentioning his size.
How could He take offense at his mother, he beamed at her. “Don’t worry, I’ll be sure to hit you up for a ride, mom.” He said jokingly and a little seriously
Looking over to the stairs Emmett nodded, ‘Hey Bro, we wake you?” he joked turning back to Edward. ‘Well whenever we can drive, remember I’ll be doing it before you and you’ll be asking me for a ride.” He said crossing to Edward at a Vampire speed, grabbing him around the neck into a underarm headlock, nuzzling his hair. “Huh, little brother.” He bustled rubbing his knuckles against Ed’s head.
