(Timeline: Mid Eclipse after Captain. Morgan. Brings. Better. Mornings) Leo’s head was already hurting before he had even opened his eyes. The effects of the alcohol from the night before had already taken its toll on his body and left him with a pounding headache. If he was feeling this bad he could only imagine how Issy must be feeling right now. She was already drunk when had found her, sitting alone, singing mary had a little lamb to herself. Issy! With his eyes still closed he could feel the warmth of her body in his arms which were still wrapped protectively around her body. His memory of the night before had gotten a bit fuzzy toward the end as he tried to sort out how they had ended up this way, waking up feeling her in his arms. But the feeling sent a familiar wave of warmth through him. This felt like the most natural thing in the world to him, it felt right and he knew he didn’t want to go back to not having her there in the morning.
Leo was planning to go a few more minutes enjoying their peaceful slumber before opening his eyes when he felt something nudge against his butt. His eyes flew open, immediately a mistake at the pain the onslaught of light caused his throbbing head as he looked down to see if Issy had decided to get frisky with him. He could see Issy sleeping peaceful in his arms, unware of the jump he had made, grateful that he hadn’t woken her. As he turned his head to look over his shoulder he felt the nudge into his rear again and looked down to see Wolf, his malamute standing there looking at him curiously. Leo must not have clicked the door shut last night as he was helping the very intoxicated Issy up into his room and the dog had managed to paw it open this morning.
Leo waved at Wolf, motioning for him to go to the door. “Go get your breakfast” He whispered to his dog, urging him to leave to give him some privacy. He knew if he didn’t convince the dog to either settle down or leave now it would only be a few minutes before he and Issy had 75 lbs of dog jumping up on top of them. “Go…lay down” He quietly urged when seeing he couldn’t get him to leave the room. The dog obeyed, going over by the door and laying down. Leo turned his head away from his dog and the door, pulling Issy close against his bare chest once more as he rested his head against the pillow, hoping to get a few more minutes of sleep in, or at least listen to her breathing. Matt had awoken quite early that morning, around eight – it was early for a weekend – and she had thus far spent the time in her room, just pottering around, sorting things out. She had been out with Rory for a couple of weeks now, though he was sweet there was something about him… she didn’t really know. She guessed that this was just how teenage relationships worked; the guys didn’t really know how to treat the girls and the girls just didn’t move fast enough for the guys. Matt could live with that, but she had it certain in her sensible head that the minute things got too uncomfortable, she would just leave. There was no way that she would become one of these desperately pathetic women that just clung on to what they could get for no good reason.
Just as she pulled on a pair of battered jeans and a generic tank top, which were perfectly serviceable in her warm house, her ears perked up at Leo’s hushed tones, though she couldn’t make out what he was saying. She shrugged a little and pushed her bedroom door open, hoping to catch him no doubt on his way out to his girlfriends or whoever it was that he hung out with these days. She’d pretty much lost track. Her brown eyes immediately latched on to their large Malamute blocking Leo’s door and she stalked over to him, happily oblivious, bending to pet him for a second.
“Hey Leo,” she said, as she straightened up to look through the mostly open door into his bedroom. Before she had even finished the ‘oh’ of his name her brown eyes had widened in recognition of what she was seeing and her hands whipped up before her face, one close to her face, shielding her eyes, the other extended out into his room as if trying to distance the scene from herself. “Who-oaah! Oh… my goodness… Agh, I’m so sorry…”
She span on her heel, shocking the dog with her sudden movement, who then decided he would make a swift exit, Matt’s legs in the way or not. With the sudden jostling from the big dog in the small space, Matt stumbled forward over the threshold into this new period in her brother’s existence that she definitely did not want to be a part of.

Leo's attempt at falling back asleep was interupted as he heard the voice of his sister walking in on them, obviously getting the wrong impression. Leo's eyes shot open, despite the persistant hangover and he got out of bed (still having his shorts on from the night before). He hoped that Matt's interuption hadn't woken Issy from her peaceful slumber, knowing that she needed this rest right now, especially since she'd probably also be feeling pretty bad when she woke up.
"Matt!" he said in shock, watching her stumbling on her attempt to leave. He lightly grabbed her arm ushering her out the door and into the hallway before Issy woke up if she hadn't already. He pulled the door semi-closed behind them, hoping keep the room quiet for her while she slept.
"Matt, its not what you think...that isn't what it looks like" Leo said keeping his voice down both to not wake up his girlfriend and also in hopes of not alerting any other family members that might be home today.
"Issy and I were just out late, and she needed a place to stay...we weren't doing anything" He wishing he could stop his head from pounding as the words came out.

Isabelle snuggled deeper into the grips of the unknown, all that she cared about was the warmth emanating from the object embracing her. It had the same familiar scent as her Leo, and the same warm calming sensation her boyfriend always had the ability to wash over her. It only made the dreams swirling around in her sleeping state that much sweeter. She smiled lightly her brain permitting her to believe his presence was real.
But, the female voice that invaded her dream sounded way to true to be a resident of sleepy-Ville. She closed her eyes tighter, and her dream self did the same, only to open her eyes and see Leo with another girl, on a double date with Noel and Embry. Her heart sunk, the voice that had once been a question was now connected, and oddly enough it was her own speaking to the couples at the table she had walked in on.
The warmth that had been keeping her safe in sleep was suddenly gone she immediately felt a chill run up her spine, and pulled the blankets up. Her eyes opened just a crack, and the light of the room filled her retinas sending a rush of a serious migraine to her skull. She groaned lightly, bringing her fingers to her temples she massaged gently before her ears caught the sound of Leo’s voice. He sounded worried, maybe even panicky.
She threw the blankets off of her small frame and headed to the door, stopping short when she seen a girl. This had to be his sister, the one he mentioned so often. Her breath caught in her throat and she had that deer in headlights expression. The one that made her wish she didn’t carry her emotions on her sleeve. “I, I’m so sorry, I’ll go” she said immediately looking to the floor, and finally catching sight of her exposed legs. The plaid print of the boxers hem met her lower thigh, and she felt like she was going to be ill. She ran her finger over the throbbing pain above her eyebrow. The band aid only made her look that more incriminating.
Here Leo was trying to explain nothing had happened and she was standing there in his clothes, hair a bit wild from the rain that had erupted the night before. “I need pants,” Isabelle said under her breath to herself the tone a bit high pitched and on the edge. She almost headed back into the room but simply stood there too horrified to move and completely unaware of where her huge duffel bag could be.

Matt’s head shot up against its momentum as she felt the curiously warm grasp of her brother’s hand around her arm. She steadied almost immediately, her willowy form almost surprisingly balanced under normal circumstances. She met her brother’s dark eyed gaze, her own eyebrows rising as she listened to his hushed and rather guilty sounding words. Her eyes darted from Leo’s face to the all but closed door and back to Leo.
“Yahah, yep sure, right…” still too flustered to really question what was going on, Matt’s thoughts turned entirely to trying to figure it out on her own. If she had been expecting something like this then she would be teasing her brother in a good old-fashioned sisterly manner, but that level of intimacy was just something that she had been trying to avoid, not seeking out – and she certainly didn’t expect to run into it on a sleepy Saturday morning. A few moments later, however, a small grin appeared on her lips; shocked she may have been, but if Leo had found someone he could be that close to since their move from Makah, then she supposed it was good for him. Yes, she was happy for him.
“You don’t need to be embarrassed…” she teased, gently, hitting his arm lightly. “Just a little warning next time, Bro. We do have little sisters, y’know.” Her attention split from her brother just then, however, as his girlfriend came out wearing nothing more than Leo’s not-so-delicate delicates. Her eyebrow kinked once more at the sight, but at Issy’s alarmed expression, Matt’s own softened. She looked down at the other girl with a soft smile. “No, no, don’t go just ‘cause I blundered in and… interrupted… whatever it was that… Anyway, yes, ummm.”
She trailed off, her attempt at diplomatically welcoming ‘the most perfect girl in the world ever TM’ in the situation falling flat on its face. Her friendly smile turned a little sheepish in embarrassment, although she couldn’t tell whether it was her own or sympathetic humiliation for the couple in front of her. She allowed her gaze to slide up and down the petit girl’s form. “Oh, I would offer to lend you stuff, but I’m not sure it would be any good… You must be Issy, right?”
It was true, there was a good ten inches between the two of them, but if the tiny, pretty girl wanted to roll up her sleeves and legs a few times, Matt would be happy to lend her some of her own clothes.

“It’s true! I’m not lying, this was completely innocent” Leo insisted, then looking down feeling more embarrassed that she was saying he didn’t need to be embarrassed. “I know, I’m old enough that could have been something, but it wasn’t…I’d let you know if there was, we tell each other everything” He said with a smile, knowing that hadn’t been completely true lately but thinking that as long as it wasn’t related to the big wolf he turned into, then he was safe in saying they told each other everything.
Leo looked over as Issy came out in his shirt and boxers. He couldn’t help but let his eyes drift down to her bare legs, thinking how sexy she looked in his clothes. He began wondering what it would be like when they actually did do…what Matt thought they had. Would Issy still wear his clothes afterwards? Hopefully they wouldn’t be hiding away in his room at his parents house with people walking in on them. His thoughts were interrupted as he heard her say she should go, he looked up with a panicked look on his face at the idea of her leaving, always feeling the pain of that. “No, don’t go!” He said hoping she would stay. He gave a small smile as she mentioned needing pants, he reached over and took her hand, knowing she had to be embarrassed by this and trying to comfort her. “Please stay…” He said softly.
Leo looked over at his twin who was stumbling with her own words trying to figure out what to say in this situation. As she assumed it was Issy. At least Matt could be counted on to remember the name of the girl he had raved on about. And be trusted to not knowingly say another name to get him in trouble. “Yeah, this is Issy” he said with a smile just saying her name. “And Issy, my sister Matt…and Wolf” He said pointing to the dog on the floor who had opened the door, responsible for this awkwardness. His throbbing headached mind then recalled part of the drunken conversation where he attempted to tell her he was a wolf. He hoped the name didn’t bring back the same memory to her and quickly added, in an attempt to cover. “Our malamute”

Watching Leo’s embarrassment force him to cast his eyes to the ground under her confused questioning, Matt’s mouth stretched into a small smile. She really didn’t mind if her brother had gone to that level with his girlfriend, he did rave about her every time she spent time with him, even though she wasn’t entirely keen on finding out in quite this way. However, as he continued to deny it and smiled at her, she returned the sentiment.
“We do,” she admitted, considering her brother peculiarly. It was a truth that she had considered to be total, that the two of them just told each other things as if they were telling themselves, but she had to admit that she was keeping some stuff to herself at the moment. She resisted the urge to bite her lip, not wanting to give up that there was something on her mind – this occasion was definitely all about him. She wasn’t entirely sure if he was still hiding something from her in return, but he spent so much time with Issy and his new friends that it was hard to tell. At least she didn’t begrudge him for it anymore; she had resigned the fact to a part of growing up and apart, though it still made her sad.
“Nice to finally meet you, Issy,” she said, kindly, catching the besotted look on her brother’s face as he saw her. She tried to ignore the direction of his initial eye line and focus on the expression. She had seen the smitten look on Leo’s face before, when they had spoken over the breakfast table, but this was it intensified, she had never seen him look so full of feeling. It made her want to get to know this girl that could affect her brother so strongly, because she must be someone special.

"See, since we tell each other everything you'll know...that that it would have been anything bad or wrong if it had been now...but it just wasn't" Leo said, trying his best to protect Issy's reputation as well as he could. While he didn't mind his sister thinking he'd taken a step further with Issy, he wasn't yet sure on how the love of his life would feel about something like that. She was sure being caught in his bed wasn't how she wanted to meet Matt, or how she wanted to be seen, so he could only hope his twin would believe him and still be able to respect Issy. He didnt want Matt to think of her as just some girl he'd brought home. She was so much more than that.
Part of the expression on Matt's face as he mentioned telling each other everything made him think she doubted that too. He knew there were a few things he held out on, out of necessity, but maybe things had stopped being communicated on her side as well. He wondered if she had started holding out on him, sensing that there was more going on she didn't know about. Leo knew he hadn't been around the house quite as much lately, since he had met Issy and then just within the past couple days meeting the rest of the pack, which had been life changing for him as much as his week away from his family had been.
"I'm glad you two are finally meeting...my other half since birth and my new better half" he smiled at them both trying to ease a bit of the tension. "We should have set up something sooner...maybe we can all get dinner sometime" He said trying to get the focus off of Issy's lack of clothes for her sake. He hoped that despite some of his drunken ramblings, and the fact that he hadn't been there when his soulmate needed him the most, that she would still stay with him long enough to have a better meeting with his sister.
