Character Basics
Name: Graham Ozette
Nickname: Gray
Age: 26
Appearance
Looks: Generally speaking, Graham is a scruffy looking man, like he's still stuck in his college years. He keeps his dark brown hair at a moderate length, though its wild waves and curls have a manner of making it seem like he has much more hair than he actually does. He has extremely dark eyes framed by quite thick, dark eyebrows and his face is otherwise well proportioned. He tends to keep quite a dark fuzz on his chin and cheeks, though this is more from laziness than any sense of style.
Clothing-wise, he tends to be quite casual, favouring jeans and a t-shirt, with some kind of lond sleeved shirt if its cold. He can scrub up quite well, but he usually needs to be told to do this, rather than be expected to do it on his own.
As a wolf he is on the larger side, though his scruffy, thick coat tends to add to this. His coat is glossy and jet black, fading down to a dark brown around his legs.
Scars, tattoos, other marks: None
Portrayed by: Joey Sylvester
Personality and Stats
Basic Personality: Graham has always been known for being laid back, unfazed by most of the twists and turns that life throws at him with two noteable exceptions. The first of these was the death of his sister, which affected him deeply, and the second was his transformation into a wolf.
He tends to express his emotions in the form of written words, in his poetry or music rather than in deep, meaningful conversations. Having said this, he is generally easy to talk to, if not the most talkative. He has a natural laid back confidence, which couldn't be described as 'bubbly', but is more an ease with who he is.
Trust and love are two things that he has always found easy to give, ever since he was a small child, and although he doesn't talk about or brag about these things as much as he could, he is easily affected by them. He is not quick to anger and does not usually have much trouble with unexpected phasing, other than in extenuating circumstances.
Species: Werewolf
Abilities: Standard werewolf abilities
Occupation: Desk attendant at the Forks Timber Museum
Car: Metallic blue 1973 Corvette
History:
Birthplace: La Push, Washington
Family: Simone Ozette (younger sister), Mother, Father, Tara (elder sister), Sarah (younger sister - deceased)
Friends: None
History: The second born child of the Ozette family, Graham was born twenty six years ago to Anna and Michael Ozette, just two years after his elder sister, but eight years before the next Ozette child, Simone. Throughout his childhood he was a dreamy, placid teenager and spent a lot of time outside writing or playing guitar in his room. He was never seen to be very close to any of his three sisters, not from dislike, but more due to his temperament, as he actually valued them extremely highly.
However, everything changed upon his littlest sister’s death. Graham was sixteen at the time and will never forget the day that he was pulled out of class at the reservation’s high school. It was at this point that he realised that sometimes he should be more vocal about his emotions, or at least make sure that those he loved knew that he did care for them. For the following two years he became a lot closer to Simone, teaching her how to play the guitar, spending time with her when she seemed down, though he was always worried that she never seemed to mourn for Sarah. He tried not to dwell on it, though – he hardly had a traditional one himself, though his poetry and music changed a little and Tara got over it more or less straight away.
At the age of eighteen he graduated high school with average grades, owing mostly to his laid back approach to life and studies, but he still made it into an average university. There he studied history with creative writing and coasted through his time there. His grades were slightly better than in high school and he had a few good friends and a couple of girlfriends over the four years. However, at the age of twenty-two, with a degree in hand, he returned back home to La Push, a little unsatisfied with the prospect of moving back in with the parents, but quite happy that he would get to spend some more time with his little sister.
It was short lived, however, as just before his twenty-fourth birthday (late New Moon) he went through the transformation. This was an eye opener to his placid temperament and he suddenly feared for his family. Within the month without any proper explanation he had moved out, choosing to rent a house a mile or so away. It wasn’t far, but it was far enough to protect them if he phased unexpectedly. He knew that his little sister was crazy about the old tribal legends, but he didn’t think she would be impressed if he proved one right before her eyes. There he has lived in relative quiet ever since, one of the eldest of the pack, yet not in any way connected to the leadership.
