Looks:Lyndal is tall and thin, but not lacking in the curves of a woman. Her trademark sandy blonde hair hangs loose at her shoulder or pulled back in a messy pony tail. Her style is more boho beach preferring shorts and an over sized shirt over a bikini to jeans and a rain coat. Forks weather will be a shock.

Personality and Stats
Basic Personality:Lyndal, like her brother, is very hard working and compassionate person. That is where the similarities end. Lyndal is outgoing and lively, once her homework is done she likes nothing more then to head to the beach or the diner to mix with friends. Maturity is her best and worst quality, a trait she picked up living with her high flying aunt who was more of a friend then parent.

Lyndal was born in Melborne, Australia 6 years after her older brother Laurie. Within a close family Lynnie grew up loving her life and family until her father’s business sent him, her mother and brother overseas. Lyndal was happily settled in school and complained so much about the prospect of the move that her parents entrusted her care to her aunt, her father’s sister. Initially her parent’s believed she would soon miss them and want to join them, however it never happened.
Aunt Sarah worked for a busy fashion magazine working long hours and attending glamorous functions which Lyndal often went to with her. The freedom and experiences the life offered quickly matures Lynnie in to a fun loving, some what fashionable young lady. However, Sarah was an excellent role model and parental surrogate instilling good morals, grades and curfews.
The minimal contact with her parents and brother did eventually take its toll and in her junior year Lyndal started looking at exchange programs to the USA. She wanted to live closer to her parent’s, but wasn’t sure living with them would work after so long. As for Laurie, her parents are vague. He’s well, the wedding is postponed and he misses you; is the extent of their information regarding her brother. Lyndal did try to call his apartment when she got her placement, but the number had been disconnected. Although reasonably close growing up, the distance changed that.
Lyndal was sent an information pack on her host family and knows they live on the La Push reservation, in Washington State. The Cedar family; a married couple; Ruhana and Cornaro, along with their nephew and his son. After three days orientation in Orlando with the exchange council that arranged the year long study program, Lyn will be off to La Push; she’s at least thankful there’s a beach.
