Despite the fact that something about Day's nature just made her feel comfortable, Kele still didnt like the idea of him diving from a cliff even if he said he was tough. "Even tough stuff gets hurt" She said hoping she didn't seem like a prude or someone who didn't want to have any fun.
Kele laughed as Daylan suggested that they could watch the game together while they hung out and got to know each other. "Hey, its your house, who am I to stop you from putting it on if you want...you'll just have to let me know the protocol of when its okay to talk if its on" She joked with him, finding herself not really minding what they watched as long as she got to spend the time with him. She knew the butterflies she was feeling right now were inappropriate and tried to convince herself that she wasn't crushing on her brother but instead was just excited at finally meeting him. She was supposed to love him, but just not in this way.
Kele smiled as he called her pretty again. He sounded sincere when he said it and she didnt think it was just a line and hoped it wasnt just to be polite. She smiled again as he mentioned that his friend had a son who she would love. She could see on his face how much Daylan cared for the child. She felt a surge of jealousy as she wondered if he had children too. He could be raising a family here with his father. If he wasnt a father there was a good possibility he had a girlfriend. "So do you have any kids too?" She asked.
The ease between them, the smiles and the jokes all seemed to disappear as she told him who she was. Her nervousness had returned and she wanted him to accept her but could see the doubt on his face. She was prepared to leave if she had to. Her mother leaving her and gotten her to almost expect that no one would be there for her. She hadn't expected an offer like this from her father, but knew that her brother would probably be able to change his mind about that.
Watching him look away hurt. She wanted to convince him but she could see that he couldnt even stand the sight of her right now. When he finally looked back up he questioned her about if she was sure causing her to frown slightly. "Daylan I"m sorry, I know it has to be a shock to you, its sudden and I'm sorry about your mom" She said feeling guilty that she was only here because his mother had been cheated on. "But I am sure, if my mother hadn't been sure it was him, she wouldnt have named me after him"

Daylan wanted to smile as he heard just how worried she seemed to be about him. He was flattered and wondered if it was a sign that she was feeling the imprinting too. Daylan hoped she was, to have her return his feelings in anyway would be perfect, but he was willing to be to her whatever she needed.
There was no way he’d stop her talking even if she wanted to talk through the whole game. Just to hear her voice and hear what she wanted to say would be far better then watching the game. If he was to head over to Nash’s then he knew the game would be more of an observation sport then a conversation, but with Kele he wanted to talk with her about anything. “You can talk anytime.” He smiled knowing it was probably a little cheesy but it was true. “You might even know more about the sport then I do, if not we can talk about whatever you want.” He could feel the nerves of anticipation bubbling as he thought of spending the evening getting to know her better, there was nothing he wanted more.
Her smile was amazing and Daylan felt himself smiling in return. He wanted to keep making her smile for the rest of his existence, it was his sole purpose now to make her smile and make her happy. Daylan let himself smile as he spoke about Travis, he loved the little guy greatly and took his role in his life seriously. He laughed when she asked if he had kids. “No no, not me. Just Nash. Not that I don’t want kids, just haven’t found the right girl before now.” He smiled wondering if she’d catch his comment about not finding her before then. He knew he’d found her now, she was his everything. “What about you? Any kids?” He asked wondering if she had a child or even a boyfriend; Day hoped she didn’t have a man back home.
Daylan felt the change in atmosphere in the room as their conversation took a turn towards more serious subjects. As soon as she said she was, in effect, his half sister Day felt his hope drop. He’d been sure he had imprinted, a large part of him was still sure. All his emotions pointed to imprinting, it had to be. She couldn’t be his sister. Day nodded at her as she explained, he wasn’t sure what to say. He knew he couldn’t explain his reasoning behind not believing her; who would believe the theory of imprinting? Instead he stumbled through his own explanation.
“No you don’t have to be sorry. Its not your fault. It’s a mistake we can soon get this cleared up. We’ll ask my dad.” He said when he’d turned back to her. He couldn’t look away for long she drew him to her and he was happy to be pulled in. “Maybe she was in love with my dad. There’s a million different reasons for him been on your birth certificate. As for the name it’s a beautiful name on you, not sure I’d have made a good Kele Kele.” He joked as his natural personality still spilled forth even in such a serious conversation.

Kele laughed as he told her she could talk anytime. He thought it was sweet but was sure that like most guys that could easily change if he got into the game. "You say that now but I'm sure if it gets to be bottom of the ninth or last quarter or however this game is measured and I start blabbing you'll be ready to shove a sock in my mouth" She joked with him. She didn't know how it was that she felt so comfortable around him to already be making jokes like that. She still felt the nervousness and felt a strong desire for him to like her and to make a good impression, but at the same time he had a very calming presence. Kele thought that he must really be a people person, he had to be the guy that everyone loved to be around if he was able to make her feel this good already.
Kele loved seeing Daylan's face smiling back at her, and it made her want to keep on smiling. It just made her happy and connected to him. She never knew that a sibling connection could be this strong. Even if she hadn't known before she met him, she didn't think that she could walk by him and not feel something different about him, somehow her soul knew that this was her family, her brother and they were connected for life.
She felt a bit of relief as he heard him say that he didnt have kids and that hadn't met the right girl before now. "Oh? So maybe in your near future" She asked, thinking he must have just started dating someone. The jealousy came back and she instantly thought that whoever it was wasn't good enough for him. She shook her head as he asked if she had kids. "Nope, no kids either, but maybe someday"
As she revealed who she was in relation to him, she wished she didn't have to do it now, that he didnt need an explaination for her being here. Things were so much more carefree before but now she knew that there was a change in the tone of things between them. She hoped that once he accepted it they could get back to the relaxed joking feeling that she felt before. She wanted a real family even if she was scared to hope for one.
"Daylan...its not a mistake and I already talked to your dad...he didn't deny it when I showed him the proof" She told him, her eyes still apologetic, not wanting to argue with him but wanting him to believe her. "If he wasn't my father, or if it wasn't a strong possibility, dont you think he would have said something? He invited me to stay with you two, so that we could get to know each other better, why would he do that if he didn't believe that he may have gotten my mother pregnant?"

In his near future, Day was thinking more in the present. He’s met the girl he wanted, needed and would willing spend the rest of his life with her. Daylan knew he couldn’t say that right then, what girl would stay alone in a house with a guy who admit she was his soul mate and the one he wanted to have his kids with. Instead he smiled, “Well you never know what or who’ll come knocking on your door.” He said ending in a smirk instead of opting for a wink he wanted to give.
It was a relief to hear she didn’t have kids yet, Day assumed that meant no boyfriend, husband or significant other following her to his Rez. He had her to himself. “So you want kids?” He asked not pausing for a breath as he plowed on, “I want kids, a want a bunch of them.” He smiled hoping she’s agree then it’d be one more thing they had in common.
His sister? It still seemed impossible, in fact as far as Day was concerned it was impossible. It wasn’t happening. Day refused to accept it, he knew what Imprinting meant and he knew it was impossible to imprint on your own sister. This girl was his completion, she was his everything and he knew he could never find that in his sister. He wouldn’t believe it or accept it, but he also knew couldn’t be meant to her or shun her.
“Anyone could put a name on a birth certificate. And as much as I hate to admit it, my dad probably slept with a lot of women, or at least he could have. I’m not saying anything about you mom, but lets not believe a piece of paper.” Day said not wanting to insult his mother any more then he wouldn’t want to insult her. “Come on Kele, we look nothing alike, and … and my dad is a nice guy. He wouldn’t turn you away and neither will I, but until I see more proof them a name on a birth thing I’m not adding you to my family tree.” He said honestly then realized that could he harsh. “Lets just watch the game and hang out, we can talk with my dad tomorrow.” He said reaching out and rubbing her arm to buck her up, he didn’t want to upset her or hurt her.

"Yeah that's true..." Kele said with a nod as he mentioned never knowing who was coming knocking at your door. She was a surprise today but she was sure he wouldn't share her current feelings. She didnt even really want to acknowledge what her real feelings for her brother were. She didn't want him to meet someone new, knocking at his door or otherwise. She didn't want to watch him go on dates, to see him have a girlfriend, someone he loved. Kele felt awful for having such bad thoughts, she knew she should want him to be happy but she didn't want to see him with another woman, yet she could never be that woman for him. She hoped these feelings passed soon and they turned into brotherly love like they were supposed to.
She smiled as he said how he wanted a bunch of kids and asked if she wanted any. She thought it was sweet to hear him say he wanted to be a father. Most guys didn't even think about that stuff, it was usually the woman who would bring it up, or it would be an accident. "Yeah, I think i'd like kids someday too"
Kele watched Daylan's face as he struggled with the news. She wished he was just in denial, that it was just taking him awhile to accept the fact that she was his sister. But he wasn't even trying to process it. He was rejecting the idea, and in her mind Kele herself, outright. She knew she was being overly sensitive about it and should have tried to stay calmer in talking to him but when he brought up how his father, their father probably slept with a lot of women and insinuated that her mother probably did the same it made her defensive.
"Just because our father slept around doesnt mean that my mother did too" She said with a glare in her eyes as he told her outright that he wasn't going to be adding her to his family tree. When he reached out to touch her arm, despite the fact that it eased her anger she didn't want to be swayed by a comforting touch and pulled back.
"You don't want to accept it, fine, but its the truth. and we dont look alike? Come on! We're half siblings not full, and really how many full siblings even look that much alike? We both have the same color eyes, roughly the same complexion, we're both tall...You can reject me from your family all you want, you wouldn't be the first" She said still strongly feeling the pain of having her own mother cut ties with her. "But there's still blood there...I'll keep my bags packed. I dont need you to believe me, or give me any handouts cause you don't want to turn away a girl on her own...I just wanted to see my father for myself"

Of all things to come knocking at the door Daylan never imagined his soul mate would be one of them. Yet her she was. He was beside himself with happiness and knew he probably had a very goofy grin on his face every time he looked at her. He couldn’t get his emotions and personality under control and was aware he was running the risk of looking like a total dork instead of the dude he wanted to come across as. Daylan had not experience with this, no one he was that close to had imprinted and he wasn’t sure how to act or what to say. Sure he knew Nash would get all down as assume he’d missed his chance of imprinting on Michelle, but that didn’t help him with how to act. Personally Day knew that Nash would never have imprinted on Michelle, sure they had a kid, but he thought they were totally wrong for each other.
She wanted kids; Day could hardly contain his excitement everything seemed to be turning out perfect. He could just see them a few years down the line with kids and Trav as the older Cousin, he and Nash were pack brothers after all. “Kids are awesome. Trav is great.” He said praising the little guy he thought of as family. “I want the whole domestic package.” He smiled proud of what he wanted out of life, nothing fancy he just wanted to be happy and with Kele he knew he would be. Everything fell into tatters around his ears as he heard her news. Sister? Shared father? Sure growing up he’s always wanted a sister or brother, but not now; he’s dealt with been an only child and Nash filled the void perfectly. And not her, not now. How could he imprint on his own sister. Even though Day knew it had to be a mistake, the news not the feelings, he couldn’t help but worry. How was he supposed to be brotherly to a girl he was already crazy in love with. How could he cope with her under the same roof when he wanted so much more then platonic?
Kele was angry at the insinuation that her mother slept around, but Daylan didn’t register that at first. All he could see was how beautiful she was when she was angry. The way her eyes glowed and her cheeks flushed and glowed, he was mesmerized. Then he remembered and felt within himself the pain of her been angry with him. “I’m sorry, I didn’t mean it that way. It’s just crazy to think we could be related when we’ve never met. My dad never even said anything about another woman.” He said trying to calm her down and ease the insult he’d dealt. “Maybe it’s a genuine mistake. Come on, you certainly don’t look like my dad. Trust me, you way more beautiful.” He said with a shrug knowing it was a pathetic statement, but true. He also knew it could be a very strange thing to say to his long lost sister.
Daylan could feel very shudder of pain Kele was feeling as she ranted at him for his horrible comments; he’d never been very eloquent and now it showed. “Look I’m not rejecting you, I never could.” He said stepping towards her and desperately wanting to take her in his arms and hold her, keep her from any more pain. He wanted to know who else could ever have rejected her, she was perfect. He heard her say she was keeping her bags packed and he felt his face, heart and soul drop. She couldn’t leave, he couldn’t not see her and not be near her. He knew even if he had to see her as a sister it was better then not seeing her at all. “No please don’t leave. Stay.” He said approaching her back not knowing what he’d do with it, or what she’d do, if he snatched it up right there. “Stay please.” He said a little more gently thrusting his hands in his pockets to stop them acting out on their own. “Look I’m not normally such a jerk, its just a shock. Now you’ve met dad and me in all our glory, stay and let me show you what I’m really like.” He said urging her to stay while still wanting to wrap her in his arms and hold her till it was really all ok.

Kele could see by the look on his face that he approved of the children idea too, before he even said so. "I'd love to meet Travis sometime and your friend Nash" She said honestly, trying to remember their names as they were important to him. She hoped that someday she'd be a part of his and their father's life and she would be able to get to know his family. But when he imagined meeting his best friend in that moment, it wasn't having Daylan introduce her as his sister that she was thinking about. His arm was around her in his mind, and he placed a kiss on her neck before introducing her as his girlfriend, the woman he loved. Kele looked away briefly even though she knew Daylan didn't know her thoughts she still knew just how wrong they were. She couldnt think of him like this, just because he was a good looking guy, she couldnt let herself fall for him. He was off limits!
She looked back up and saw his proud smile as he talk about wanting the domestic package. " Sounds like a great life to want. I'd be happy with that too" She agreed, pushing out the thoughts that he could make up part of that domestic arrangement with children. He'd be Uncle Day, nothing more.
Kele could see the change appearing on his face as she told him the reason she was here. The atmosphere changed dramatically in that moment and she knew they'd never go back. She tried to steady herself and remember that this was the reaction she had prepared for. She had expected it more from her father but it made sense his family would react this way to an outsider. She knew she shouldnt have gotten her hopes up enough to start unpacking.
As much Denial as she knew she should have expected, his attack on her mother was the thing that bothered her most. She had such unresolved feelings for her mother after she abandoned her to go back to Panama. But she still felt defensive about her. Day didnt have a right to talk about her that way, at least she had raised Kele this long. And as he looked at her for a moment after she began getting angry at first he looked like he was enjoying this. Then he began apologizing. "Your dad didnt know my mom got pregnant, if he was married to your mom that's probably why" She tried to justify it. She got flutters of excitement as he called her beautiful, only causing her to be more confused as she knew she was trying to be angry with him. She sighed lightly. "Thank you, but you know you're more handsome than he is too but I'm not saying you don't share genes"
Kele was feeling the same way she felt when her mother handed her the ticket and told her she couldnt come with her to Panama because she'd be too much of a burden on them financially. She had felt rejected, and unworthy of anything. She didnt think she'd let him in enough that he could hurt her this way too. "Sounds like you are" She said softly as he tried to convince her he wasnt rejecting her. She knew she needed to protect herself, it was only a matter of time now before their father would want her out too. But she had at least met him.
Kele looked back up as he asked her to stay, confused at the change of heart or if he was just pitying her now. She felt bad when he asked her to get to know the real him. She realized she hadn't given him enough of a chance. One reaction and she blew up at him. "I'll stay" She told him. "And I'm sorry, I want to see what you're really like, when you're not being shocked by something like this. I should've realized it'd be harder. "

Daylan knew he’d be more then happy to introduce her to Nash and Have her meet Travis. Other then his dad Travis and Nash were the most important things in his life, well until he met her now she was the most important thing in his life. He knew Nash would be interest to meet his Imprintee too, those two had no secrets ever. “I’d love to introduce you.” He smiled hoping it wouldn’t belong before he could introduce her to people as his girlfriend/ “I know Nash’ll want to meet you, the girl that distracted me form sports.” He smiled teasing her slightly to see how she’d take it, teasing was his nature. It was good to know they were both going to be happy with the same domestic life, he was relieved to hear it knowing more then ever that he wanted that domestic future to include her. He could imagine her and him in the future together with kids happily married; it felt so right. “Well sounds like an idea future.” He said catching himself before he slipped up and put them both together in a sentence like they already were in his head. He knew voicing his desire to have that future with her might scare her off and that was the last thing he wanted.
Everything changed in a second. Forget what a difference a day makes, in that split second and that revelation of news everything changed. Daylan felt as if his ideal future was ripped away from him. He wasn’t going to be happily married with his imprintee like Sam and Emily, he was going to have to settle for friends; sister. He knew then he’d have to sit and play at been happy while she went off on dates with other guys who weren’t her soul mate and he knew he couldn’t do it.
Daylan knew it had to be wrong. You weren’t soul mates with your sister. She was his Soul Mate, he knew that and therefore he knew she couldn’t be his sister. Something was wrong.
Everything she said was possible, if Day didn’t know about imprinting he thought he might actually believe what she was saying. But he did know and he wasn’t believing, he knew the truth, he just had to find a way to prove it.
He found himself nodding as she justified the mistake she didn’t know had been made. Obviously her mum had got pregnant by someone else and pinned it on his dad. His dad was hardly a saint, Day knew that, but at least this girl wasn’t his sister. “Trust me my dad was no saint, been married to my mom did little to keep him in line.” He said honestly pointing out that his father was just as bad as he’d made her mother out to be, something he now regretted.
Daylan couldn’t help the smile that spread across his face when she called him handsome; he’d never been called that before. Normally he was referred to as cute, but he liked her calling him handsome. “Well I may share genes with him, but that’s all. Trust me. I have more morals then that man.” He told her hoping she’d remember that when he tried to tell her a few other things later, now wasn’t the time to go into any further details. “I’m not kicking you out, I just didn’t deal with the shock too well. Maybe I should have sat down and had a brandy.” He joked trying to lighten the mood and stop her from leaving. “Though we only have beer in the house. Look stay, please.” He asked her again and he knew he’d keep asking her til she agreed.
He didn’t have to wait long for the relief that she wasn’t leaving. He felt his body physically relax, his whole being relaxed that he wouldn’t have to lose her. Losing her would be worst then having her there in any respect, he would deal with the sister thing so long as she was there. “Yep, this is the really dorky me.” He said holding his arms out before quickly pushing them back into his pockets. He still wanted to reach out and hug her and now was not the time. “Come on, lets order get some food and really get to know each other.” He said nodding his head casually towards the door and hoping she’d follow.

"Great!"Kele said with a smile as Daylan told her he'd introduced her then laughed lightly as he mentioned how his friend would want to meet the person who distracted him from sports. "There goes that first impression" She said jokingly but did worry that his friend wouldnt like her if she was the reason that Day didnt come over when planned.
Thinking about a domestic life, married with a house and kids did sound like an ideal future to her as she nodded to the statement he made. But in her mind she could no longer picture anyone else in that house with her but Daylan. Her brother. She felt a sick feeling was over her briefly knowing that if she ever told anyone how she felt about him they'd be disgusted with her. Daylan would probably never talk to her again.
As things were now, after telling him the news, it seemed also very likely that Daylan would never talk to her again. He didnt believe her. If he couldnt accept her as his sister, what chance did she really have to stay in his life. It twisted at her heart to think of that, but she still felt the anger at his accusations regarding her mother, though she knew she should have been more patient and understanding that it might take him awhile to get used to the entire situation.
"I'm sorry I had to be the one to tell you about what your dad did to your mom...I'm sorry you had to find out at all" She said honestly having not meant to cause him any further pain, but thinking it unavoidable with her arrival.
Kele watched him smile as she called him handsome and then tell her how he had more morals than their father. "I'm glad you do" She said, already thinking he was a good guy. She'd never doubt his morals based on the actions of his father. She wouldnt want someone judging her on her mother, she knew she'd never abandon her child, if she ever had one.
She smiled as he suggested he should have sat down and had a brandy to try to deal with the shock. "Might've helped." She said with a smile. "I'm sorry I didnt give you much of a chance to let it sink in" She said honestly feeling bad about it.
Kele nodded her head as he suggested that they get some food and actually get to know each other. "Yeah, I'd like that" She told him, walking towards the door.

Some how Daylan doubted that Kele would have anything to worry about with any first impressions, she was amazing in every way possible. He doubted Nash would hold it against her for dragging him from a game, though he knew he’d be in for some teasing. “Don’t worry, you’ll be safe. He gives you any hassle and I got enough stuff on him to make his life hell.” He smirked and laughed lightly.
The news that his father wasn’t the Pope was hardly news, but Daylan appreciated the apology she gave him. He smiled. “Its ok. Hey if you gotta find out something bad it might as well come with a present surprise too, huh?” He said lightly hoping she knew he meant she was the pleasant surprise. “Bet it was a big surprise for my dad though.” He laughed knowing his dad probably never expected his past to come back and bite him in the butt.
Daylan wasn’t sure hearing he had a sister would ever sink in, mainly because he wasn’t going to let it. She couldn’t be his sister. He knew you didn’t imprint on family. “Its ok, I’ll get used to it.” he smiled knowing he was already use to her presence just not the title she was forced to have.
As she moved towards the door Daylan felt his skin prickle at her closeness, he could feel her as if she were touching him and he liked the feeling. He knew he was right about his imprinting, he knew she was the one. “Me too.” He smiled stepping into the hallway behind her. “We don’t have to watch the game, you pick. I’ll order pizza.” he said feeling his stomach move hungrily at the thought.

Kele gave a small smile as she listened to Daylan talk about how if his friend hassled her about this, he'd be able to make the guys life hell. It seemed so natural to him to protect her almost as a big brother would do. She wondered if it was something genetic that just clicked when they were together, making things seem right and allowing them to easily become familiar with each other and feel like family, even if he hadn't quiet yet accepted it yet. Kele knew she was feeling as though she'd known Daylan her entire life. She felt more than comfortable with him, more than she knew she should and would normally, liking to have her guard up more than this. She already cared what he thought.
Kele smiled again as Daylan suggested that she was a pleasant surprise to come along with the not so good news about their father. "I was hoping that you'd see it as a good thing" She told him honestly. She then nodded as he mentioned it was probably a surprise for his father as well. "Yeah, he had no idea I existed, said he wished he had known sooner...I wish I'd been able to know you both sooner too"
Kele turned slightly as she left the room to make sure Daylan was still walking with her. She felt a strong need to know he wasnt leaving her side. She knew it was silly. "Pizza sounds good, but no anchovies or peppers or any of that weird stuff? " She said in a joking manner in case that was his favorite type. She'd pick things off if she had to. "I'll try to find something thats not too girly for you to watch too, and if you want to switch to the game, I really dont mind"

Sure Day saw her as a good thing, he’d imprinted and he knew that was a major event in a pack member’s life. He just wasn’t sure her and his dad thinking she was his sister was a good thing, which was going to cause a whole world of issues. He wanted to talk to Nash, to have someone give him some logical input on it. Later, he kept telling himself, all he wanted to do for that night was spend time been close to Kele.
“Patients is a virtue and all that.” He winked giving her a friendly laugh, “Though once you’ve spent time with us you make be glad you hadn’t met us earlier, or think you should have left it later. We’re slobs, total bachelor boys.” He said trying to hide the lack of shame he had saying it. They weren’t exactly filthy, but his dad wasn’t exactly opposed to him working on bike parts on the dinner table. And left over was certainly a proper meal. “You’ll see.” He warned with a smile hoping they might atleast be on their better behavior for a little while.
Walking close beside her Day smiled at her when she looked back, he wondered if she was feeling any part part of the imprint that he felt so strongly. His face broke out into a smile as she said the things she didn’t want on her pizza. “Its ok, I’m more of a meat feast kinda guy too. How about stuff crust, meat feast with extra pepperoni?” He said knowing that was his favorite and hoping she liked it true, though even if she had wanted all that weird stuff he’d have gone with it; anything for Kele. “Nah its cool, I’ll just get the highlights of Nash tomorrow at work. It’s not a major game or anything. We can watch whatever your choice is.” He smiled heading to the phone as they reached the bottom of the stairs.

Kele gave him a grin as he suggested that once she got to know them she might be glad they hadn't met earlier that they were total bachelor boys. She knew already that she'd never wish she had met him later, having already wished she had grown up knowing the man in front of her. She already wanted more time with him, an endless amount of time. "Nah, I dont think I'll be thinking that at all. Besides, I can be one of the guys...though if you are slobs, maybe you could use a woman to help keep things clean for you"
As Kele looked back at Day, she saw his smile. As she turned back to face the direction she was walking a happy smile for herself appeared on her face, just feeling overly happy in this moment, despite the fact that she was fighting to not get too comfortable with it all. She knew it could all end tomorrow, but she found herself becoming attached very quickly to her brother. Her instant connection with him seemed like more than she felt even when meeting her father. Right now she was just happy he was still behind her, and not trying to get rid of her.
She was relieved to hear that he hadn't taken offense to her pizza comment, and also that he didnt like the weird things on his pizza either. "Oooh that sounds good" She responded to his suggestion of what to order. "How about extra cheese too" She nodded as he again said how he didnt mind missing the game and that it wasn't a big one. "Alright we'll see what's on" She said as they got to the bottom of the stairs. She wanted to wait by the phone with him, not sure why she just wanted to be in the same room, but thought it would seem odd and decided to go put on the tv awhile. She walked into the other room and sat down on the couch, grabbing the remote from the table.

Her grin was beautiful and mesmerizing that Daylan had to remind himself to turn away and not stare at her as he wanted too. Even turning away for a split second was hard. Hearing her words Day grinned back at her. “Well you’re welcome to slob out and be one of the guys with us.” He laughed wondering if she was able to slob out or was a constant cleaner, either was he knew he’d still love her. Hearing her colenteer to clean he smiled again. “You don’t have to be our cleaner, this is you home. Just relax.” He said hoping she wouldn’t feel the need to constantly clean.
“Extra cheese sounds good.” Day said as they moved down the stairs. When they hit the bottom Day headed to the only phone in the kitchen as he listened to Kele move into the living room and switch on the TV. The local pizza joint was on speed dial, having to fend for themselves they often had some take away. After ordering the pizza Day hung up and moved to the living room.
“Pizza’ll be about 40 minutes. Hope you’re not too hungry. Everything takes a while to get to the Rez.” he said trying to apologize and make up for them been so far from everything. He moved over to the sofa and sat at the other side not wanting to crowd her and seem strange when really he did want to be close to her. “Find anything to watch? We have a few movies.” he suggested pointing at the pile by the side of the TV most were recorded off the TV on to VHS, no DVDs yet.

"Thanks, I might take you up on that" Kele told him as she offered to let her be one of the guys with them. She wanted to fit in with them, to be a part of their family in any way she could. Even though she didnt want to be so desperate with her desire for it. She smiled as he told her this was her home and she should just relax, not be their cleaner. "Well its not my home yet, just a place to stay for now" She said still not sure how permanent her father's offer was going to be, especially knowing the trouble she had in trying to get Daylan to believe her. "I guess we'll see"
Kele smiled as he agreed to the extra cheese. He was really being an excellent host. She watched him go over to the phone as she left his side to turn on the tv. She glanced over at him from the couch, sneaking a look at him before forcing herself to look straight ahead instead of giving in to her urge to watch him and be close. It was ridiculous she knew.
"I can wait" She told him as he mentioned how long the pizza would take. "So you guys order in from town?" She asked, not minding the wait, just trying to figure out how life on the reservation worked. He sat down at the other end of the sofa and she gave a small smile. "Uh, no, maybe a movie would be good..maybe an action or science fiction one?" She suggested, trying to think of ones that wouldnt be too girly to put him through, since he was already missing out on the game with his friend.
