Character Basics
Name: Nawat Solomon
Nickname: Nat
Age: 20
Appearance
Looks: Nat is, of course, obscenely tall, standing over six feet tall, but his musculature is more subtle than most of his pack mates’. He is naturally tan and has deep brown eyes and hair which falls over his eyes and, quite often, in whatever disarray that it emerges from bed in. Though he does most often allow himself to look ‘natural’ (read: ungroomed), he can actually scrub up quite well when he is compelled to do so.
Clothing-wise, Nat’s wardrobe is filled with jeans in various states of disrepair, t-shirts, sweaters and vests, right for any kind of weather. He doesn’t currently own a suit. Whenever he goes away on his travels he always wears his hat aptly named his ‘travellin’ hat’.
Scars, tattoos, other marks: None
Portrayed by: Gaspard Ulliel
Personality and Stats
Basic Personality: Laid back and a little flaky, Nat is a free spirit with an easy confidence. He comes and goes as he pleases (much to his parents’ consternation) and doesn’t seem to understand those that are confined to deadlines and work schedules. He also is not a man that requires creature comforts to live, but prefers the more minimalist and survivalist existence. As a bit of a waif and stray, Nat doesn’t form relationships that easily, despite apparent ease in social situations, but where a true bond is formed he becomes very protective, sometimes fiercely so if the situation calls for it. To date, the only person that has earned the highest level of Nat’s love and protective nature is his little sister, Baya. She is the only person who always knows where her big brother is.
Species: Werewolf
Abilities: Usual wolf abilities
Occupation: Unemployed
Car: An old, red Vespa
History:
Birthplace: La Push, WA
Family: Parents, Bayak Solomon (younger sister), younger brother aged 12, Dog named Dexter
Friends: Baya
History:
Nat was the first of Mr. and Mrs. Solomon’s three children to be born into the very traditional Quileute family. He was bestowed with a rather traditional Quileute name, which he was taught to take pride in along with the rest of his heritage. As a young boy he sat through his lessons always with an eye on the window, watching whatever was moving outside. He did find his cultural history interesting, but he was never one for book smarts. Instead, he took it upon himself to teach himself survival techniques, beginning with camping out in his back garden while his parents slept in the house from the age of seven and culminating in taking survival courses in Port Angeles.
The moment that his little sister was born, when he was only three years old, he took on the role of a guard and guide and their bond grew from that. His connection with his younger brother is much less developed as Nat was significantly older than him, and part of his devotion to his sister was because she was the only girl in their family.
Nat graduated high school, barely, and since then has mooched around the Reservation, taking odd jobs and leaving for indeterminate periods of time when he had the money and itchy feet. He is often quite inconsiderate of others’ feelings and schedules when he does choose to leave and often doesn’t tell anyone other than Baya where he’s going and never has much of an idea about when he’ll return, though he always does. Whether this will all change when he becomes a wolf, making him become a home-boy or allowing him to wander farther than ever, is anyone’s guess.
