(OOC: early Breaking Dawn. Sorry Bella) Jayden stopped in the small opening that a fallen tree had created in this dense Forrest. The rain fell lightly on her face as she closed her eyes and turned her face up to meet the rain. She'd come into the forest to hunt, but it was such a fresh day she couldn't help but be relaxed and distracted. Half heartedly she listened for anything close by.
Jayden had been in Forks a few months and was accustom to how things were done now. She attended school along with the Cullens and occasionally visited their home. She still preferred to hunt alone, like now.
She stood still in the opening and let the rain cover her. Her eyes remained closed as she surrendered her senses to the rain.

No really, it was never your fault. Well, maybe it was in the beginning but I never cared. Your name spoke of a dear pair of lovers that were spited instead of rewarded. Dear Juliet I loved you with the heart that is now lodged, unmoving, in my marble chest. You made my wildest dreams come true, oh so true and I believe in you, wholly and truely. My one love, I have never touched another since your death and I hope that this cruel god in the heavens above keeps it that way, heartbreak isn`t something I take kindly to. You can`t hide forever babe, you want this particular attention. He let his crimson orbs roam the forest terrain as walked at a very human pace through the underbrush. Being bored was something in his life that lurked in the sadows and taunted his every lithe move, but he mastered it by doing the only thing he knew how. A adrenaline rush was a beautiful thing and it did wonderful things to your mind and body. If you survived. Considering his never changing physical form and his ever increasing mental compacity it wasn`t like he could do all the things the humans did the normal vampire way. Cliff diving was something they enjoyed, but jump to far in the clouds and you would die. Tiger would relish the icy aqua hitting his equally cold skin and that feeling of elation rushing through him, it was the only thing that really mattered. Right now though he needed a sense of peace. A sigh escaped out of pale pink lips as the wind blew around his frame, lifting the unbuttoned white, collared shirt. Sticking his hands in his jeans pocket, he rocked back on his heels and sniffed, his curioussity getitng the best of him. Lifting his head he closed his light crimson orbs and a fine mist spread across and dripped off his flawless features and beaded his hair. Catching the scent again, this time sharper and closer he slinked into behind the trees and moved stealthly through the brush. There she was but something was quite different about her stature. She had the amazing beuaty and fluid action of a vampire but a fast ticking sound was coming from her, a simple heartbeat but fast and fluttery like a birds. Hybrid? It simply couldn`t be possible. Coming from around the tree he coked his head in a avian fashion and leaned agianst the tree, arms crossed and he waited for her reaction.

It wasn't that Jayden heard anything, she just suddenly had a feeling she wasn't alone. She felt a feeling of been watched. Without opening her eyes she listened hard, but heard nothing. She knew that meant there was no human or animal watching her from near by. Her heart sped up a little. It must mean that one of her kind. For a second she wondered if it was one of the Cullen family. She opened her eyes quickly to smile at them but the man watching her was no Cullen.
She stepped back quickly in shock and a little fear. His face was so handsome, but his eyes shone red. Again ,Jayden stepped back and squared her stance ready to run or fight which ever was necessary. She knew he would have heard her heart beat by now, she just wondered how much , if any, danger she was in.
"I'm sorry. Had I have known anyone else was out here I would not have - "She paused and took a quick shallow breath in order to continue. "Who are you?" She asked without thinking. That was not how she meant to finish her sentence, but he fascinated and scared her, she had to know.

Why was he alwasy running in place? He never knew where he was going for sure, and to never know where you will live next is a confusing thing for his kind. His kind drew attention to themselves sometimes for their unusual feeding habits to say the least, but that was why they had a council of a sorts: the Volturi. His upper lip curled back involuntairily as his thoughts meandered to the barbarians. They wanted to do nothing but punish with their large supply of magicians on their side. Squaring his shoulders, he straightened and pushed off from the tree`s trunk and took a few steps forward towards the girl. The rain had beaded upon his brown, bristled hair and the sun slanted through the clouds for a fraction of the moment and alighted upon his face. No warmth reached him but instead he saw in reflections around the sparkles that his skin was letting off. Scowling for a bit at the sun he watched it slip behind the dark cover of clouds once more. Her heartbeat sounded in his ears as he turned towards her, listengin to her quick breathing and watching her darting eyes. Seeing her take a defensive stance, he almost cuckled but she intrigued him to say the least. She was rebellious even now as his throat raged up and down his gullet and her blood chanted him to its love, whispering lyrics to take just one bite. Now your body`s on the foreign line and you better not be calling out to me. Letting his own light crimson orbs flow down her body they snapped back up as she spoke. His brow furrowed as he took another few steps forward, his throat protesting immensely but his curiosity overriding it nontheless. Listening to her words trail off but then pick back up in a simple but demanding question put him in such a state of shock that he laughed. The laughter started deep down and finally built up through his chest, exploding in deep guffaws. Doubling over, he pressed his fist to his stomach and shook and he chuckled. After a few minutes passed her looked up and saw she wasn`t joking whatsoever. His carefree attitude slid form his features almost immediately as he crouched slightly and answered her question, a slight purr masking his words. Had what love? You did nothing but stand and look pretty, pretty indeed. Tiger. You aren`t exactly the normal now are you?

She watched the stranger’s lip curl as he stepped away from the tree. She wondered if the look of distaste was because he had realized her to be different from his kind. Desperately she tried to hold her ground but her mind search for an escape in the tree around her. As the sun caught him she knew that would be useless. He was a vampire as she had first supposed, therefore faster then her hybrid self.
She hoped her voiced carried more bravery then she felt. She had always avoided confrontations like this, especially ones where she was caught off guard. The deep laugh that he let forward only served to unnerve her more. She couldn’t understand how her apology for been there and her simple question could be seen as funny. It was then it occurred to her that the laugh may not have been of humor for her word, but her existence. His own speech echoed this.
Jayden pulled her light shirt around her as he mention the prettiness. Her arms around her would do little to protect her from a whole vampire anyway. She squared her head and shoulders and spoke in answer to his question.
“I would have been more careful to stay closer to the others.” She lied quickly in the hope it would deter him from whatever he had in mind.
It was his other question she didn’t know how to approach. For a second she though about playing human, but she knew he would have caught the vampire in her scent now. Instead she went with truth, always best as her father would have said.
“I am unique if that is what you mean. But not normal, no.” She dropped her hands and return to a defensive stance, “And not an easy target!”
