Early Twilight
"Good morning, class!" Anna Preston chimed as she entered the room, her long slender figure gliding gracefully towards the very center of the room. She was carrying nothing but a single sheet of paper for the roll call, for she was going to teach Art, and that didn't require much of theoretical learning.
The students' attention were very much captivated by her presence; probably because she was young, in her early twenties. She sported a look that complemented her personality- a navy blue skirt, black stockings, black pumps, and a yellow button-down underneath her black leather jacket.
"My name is Anna Preston; Miss Anna or Miss Preston may do. As you might have heard, I'm your new Art teacher this year, and I might be facilitating some school clubs as well." she began, while all ears eagerly listened to what she had to say.
Anna continued. "I am a graduate of an Art school in New York, and I focus on traditional art, and digital photography. I am also slightly inclined with performing arts. Now, I prefer outdoor learning, so we would spend more time doing fieldwork. I expect each of you to show due respect, and I, to you. And most importantly, have fun. Any questions?"
The class was still silent, and Anna was internally nervous- it was her first teaching job, and the whole scenario was a little rough around the edges. Without the participation of students, it felt like she was doing a monologue. Nevertheless, there were still 45 minutes to kill.
"I want you all to give me a brief introduction of yourself- name, age, likes, dislikes, and pretty much whatever information you want to share. After that, you may ask me questions about myself." she instructed, pacing around the room, carefully yet subtly studying each face in the room.
"Who wants to start?"
