Jane had always despised the Cullen's, more like Edward, for their preferential treatment of her Master, Aro, whom treated them justly despite their cohabitation with humans. Humans were meant for food not friends or even lovers. News had spread all around Volterra of the human lover of Edward Cullen. It didn't surprise her actually with his fondness for trying to be normal or at least pretending to be fond of it. No that was Rosalie's expertise right there.
It had only been an hour since he had approached them wanting them to end his life because his mortal lover had died. Aro had been very displeased with the request but also more interested than before. Edward to him was a prized catch indeed, though she had been reassured that she was of more value, and his death would have left a hole in his ranks. Jane would have been pleased to end his pitiful existence but sat at her Master's feet only staring at him.
"Theora," she turned to her dark haired companion, "I need for you to watch Edward," they'd been alone in her room. Alec was away currently, obviously checking on the human receptionist Gianna and to keep her in line.

The room was furnished in a formal sitting room style. Two over stuffed sofas faced each other in the center. Several high backed black chairs were dotted around the walls. Theora sat down lightly on to one of the high back chairs and closed her eyes "Edward Cullen" She whispered out loud as she pictured him in her head as he had looked earlier when he stood before Marcus, Casius and Aro in the stone tower. In her minds eye she stripped away the tower and concentrated solely on the bronze hair figure. The vision blanked for a moment then began to focus.
"He is still here in Volterra." She said without opening her eyes. "I can see the square and the revelers. Hes very close by." Her eyes scrunched a little as she pushed her view deeper into the crowds searching each face. "I can't see him. I just know he's close by."
Theora's eyes flicked open to look at Jane, "I'm sorry. I don't know why i can't see him. Maybe too many people." She shrugged apologetically.

This was frustrating for Jane seeing as they weren't all allowed to go outside because of the festival. It would begin tomorrow and the plaza would be filled with locals and tourist from all around the world. An ideal time for the family to engorge themselves without consequences though most would disagree. They'd create horrendous scenarios as well as have bodies to prove of their demised. Of course, Aro would look among them to see if there were any promising guards. Jane watched Theora as she tried to summon Edward's image into her mind.
Theora's eyes scrunched a little and this didn't please Jane at all, it meant she was having a hard time trying to find him. How hard could it be to find a vampire among a crowd of humans? Seeing as Jane only had the power to inflict believable pain upon anyone in her line of vision, seeing wasn't her forte. The dark haired girl confirmed her inability to locate the bronzed haired Cullen, "Locate anyone acting strangely," her voice grew monotoned almost frustrated but her eyes focused more on Theora. None of the other Cullen's would dare let Edward destroy himself.

Theora look at Jane, "Do you mean here in Volterra? Or else where?" She asked. Once Theora knew who to look for it was usually easy to find them, but she needed a target.
Theora once again closed her eyes and saw the square outside. Already the square was decorate for the on coming festival. She let her gaze wander out past the city walls. "Perhaps someone in the Cullen family?" She asked already concentrating on the name Cullen and where she knew them to have lived. She saw the lush green of the woods as he mind passed over Forks. I continued out to an airport. Her gift was training in on someone. In her mind she saw two girls running to a boarding gate. One she recognized instantly as been a Vampire like herself. The other was most certainly human.
"A vampire and a Human just boarded a flight for New York City." She told Jane without opening her eyes. "Could that be someone?" I asked as much to myself as her.

A vampire and a human boarding a flight to New York? It wasn't common for vampires to be roaming with humans out in the open, so it appeared that someone from his family would be coming. Possible to sweep up the ashes when she, and the rest, were done with him. Sadly it would ruin the humans festival but Renata would distract anyone that got to close or Felix and Demetri would take care of them. If only the humans had known that Marcus hadn't driven the vampires out of the city but that they controlled the city. Made sure that they could live their pitiful lives as swine for the masses. Jane's face contorted into an evil grin, the fun she had, had when she'd first begun to see life in a new light. A life granted to her and her brother, Alec, by their Master Aro.
"More than likely it is Bella, if she is of brown hair, as Aro described, than it will be her," Why the human had decided to run with Vampires was something unheard of and frankly it bothered Jane. This girl would one day tell of their world but that day wouldn't come once they had gotten to her. Once Aro said the word it would only be a matter of time before her world was destroyed. So much for loving a vampire.
"Describe the other to me, which member of the Cullen's is it?"

Theora tilted her had a little to the side as she saw the two girls step up to the boarding gate. The human did indeed have brown hair, however, she was slightly out of focus. This was something Theora was not used to nor did she like it. She focused in on the Vampire and began to speak; "She is short and petite. Her hair is styled so that it juts out at odd angles. She moves very graceful, even for our kind." Her vision followed as they moved down the boarding ramp and onto the plane.
Theora opened her eyes and looked at Jane, "Do you know this Cullen?" She asked. "The human, what else did Aro stay of her? She is a slight blur to me."
Theora hated to admit her faults especially in her gift, but perhaps there was a reason for this. It was certainly not her fault, it must be the human.

Of course it was no mistake who Theora was talking about as she described one of the newer Cullens, "Yes, that is Alice Cullen though it doesn't surprise me she would be running around with humans. The family does have an interesting track record." Despite it all though she did hold some respect for Carlisle though not much, his vegetarian lifestyle was undesireable for her. Animal blood could only substain you for a while it never really satisfied you like human blood did, not that Jane would know how it tasted, "Aro nor Edward explained anymore further what his human lover looked like." Than again Aro knew what Jane would have done if she had more of a visual of the girl though never would she disobey him.
It disappointed Jane slightly that Theora wasn't able to pin-point Bella, "Just focus on Alice, she'll lead us straight to their intended destination and if they are on a mission to save their beloved Edward." His name dripped like acid from her tongue. It gave her a sick feeling in her stomach.

Theora nodded slightly to Jane as spoke Edward's name. She could understand Jane's hatred of him, but did not share it quite as venomously. She simply didn't understand this vampire not did she understand he, and his family's, habits.
"Should I keep watching them, or would you like me to try to find Him, again?" She asked Jane, "They are on a plane bound for New York. I suspect they are coming here." This was the logic explanation for their travel.
Theora continued to look for Jane for an answer as her own mind ticked over. Edward had been offered a chance to join them. Now his human lover and another of his coven were coming here. All of this could mean trouble. For Theora it all sounded very fun, it had been a while since there had been any real excitement here. Though two vampires and a human were hardly a danger, she couldn't wait to a watch a good killing.

"I would rather you watch them, Edward isn't of interest right now, I'd like to know more about this human girl. We can deal with him later." Alice was of interest as well and her powers were more useful to Aro than Edward, Jane thought, at least they would be able to predict future attacks or even the outcomes of the decisions of their Elders. When Theora mentioned that Alice and Bella were on a flight to New York it didn't surprise her again. Jane stood up from her seat and walked towards one end of the room to the other. Nothing bothered her really though this human interested her none the less. What was she to Edward really? What of the rest of their coven? Of course Carlisle and his mate, Esme, would allow such nonsense to be brought about to endanger their kind. This girl was a liability to them all.
"I'd like to see Edward's whereabouts soon, make sure he isn't going to make a spectical of himself in front of our Masters," Jane sat back down in a different chair, she would look for Alec soon.

Theora watched as Jane stood and began to traverse the room. It was then she closed her eyes and looked back at the human and Vampire on the plane. I watched Alice spoke to someone on the phone as the plane reached its cruising altitude. It was then that Theora realized Jane had sat back down, she heard Jane speak of Edward but for now she remained on the plane.
“Alice is talking to someone on the phone.” Theora told her. “It’s Jasper. She is telling him not to tell Emmett. She seems worried what Edward would do if he saw all of them here.” She stopped for a second and listened to the conversation she saw. Her lips curled in to a mocking smile “Bella is our only chance” Theora mimicked as she opened her eyes to look at Jane. “Alice wants then to prepare Carlisle. She said herself the odds aren’t good. At least we all agree on one thing.” Theora smiled.

So even Alice now saw that there wouldn't be a good outcome, but what was Edward planning on doing if their Masters refused him. Jane rolled her eyes at the thought of Edward coming to them asking for death for a human that truly alive and on her way to see him. Than it was another thing that Alice was asking Jasper not to speak to the brawniest of their coven. In reality she always thought Jasper himself would have been a good asset to their little family with his military background but Aro thought different, for the time being seeing as he wouldn't join without his mate by his side. "I'm surprise that Carlisle, himself, hasn't decided to join this little expedition seeing as he was one of the few that can talk to Edward and make him see reason." Jane smiled, something she rarely did when not thinking of the impending trial ahead, "How long will it take for our little "party" to reach our soil?" Would they make it in time for the human festival? Jane and a few members of the guard would be out and about making sure to keep anything in order and on orders to watch out for Edward. Sucidial vampires weren't common amongst their kind like the humans.

Theora smiled too at the mention of Carlisle and talking reason to Edward. It was moments like this she wished for her ability to be more like Alice's, what help she would be then. When Jane asked about the arrival, it only made Theora want Alice's gift more. To predict what would be, what could be, would be most useful and convenient.
"They are flying to New York then on to here. With the drive from the airport - even at our speed - I think they shall arrive for the festival." Theora explained, "This could mean trouble. Too many of our kind out mixing with the Humans. And should anyone decide to make a special of them self."
Theora closed her eyes and concentrated hard on finding Edward. She saw the square below full of humans busy in preparations for the festival for Marcus. For the briefest of seconds she saw him, a blur even to her own eyes.
"He is in the square. Waiting." Theora told Jane.

Edward was in the square? Jane's eyes hardened, "Just keep tabs on Edward for the mean-time, the others aren't a nusaunce to us yet and I'm sure that Aro wouldn't like us to barge up there and make an arrest. It would make those humans notice something other than their noses in front of their bloated face." Frankly the holiday was quite annoying to Jane and if they truly understood that the vampires hadn't been destroyed but protected their petty lives, her masters would be able to roam free and rule like the kings they were amongst their kind. The only thing she looked forward to were the tourist. The tourist that would sedate them for the time being hearing their screams was like music to her ears. "Can you see what the other Cullens are doing? I'd like to make sure that they aren't planning a surprise attack."

Theora remained still with her eyes closed tight. She had never met the other members of the Cullen family, so seeing that would be harder then seeing Edward. She floated their name out there as she thought of Edward. Sometimes she could see family members through blood relations, but as this family didn’t share that she hoped something might help. She saw Alice’s image in her minds eye long with Edward to help with finding their family.
Suddenly her mind when blank, Theora could see nothing except a blinding white light. Like staring at the sun for too long, which was something she hadn’t experienced in many years. She concentrated harder and pushed her sight further. She felt her brow furrow and her temples throb. The light diminished a little, dark forms appeared and grew less blurred. A dark river ran through the white with something moving quickly threw it. It was then Theora realized it was a road winding through a snow covered landscape and on the road was a car. Theora watched for a second as the car raced at a daring speed in this icy waste land, it was the dangerous speed and quick turns that made her realize it must be on of her kind behind the wheel. Concentrating solely on the car she drew in on it. The cars interior was tan and leather. Theora concentrated on the drive. A blonde, beautiful even by their kind’s standard. She had a small cell phone clutched tight to her ear as she took the rapid turns with one hand. The seeing was silent, as sometimes happened with Theora’s more distant visions - it simply meant that this vampire wasn’t as close to her home as Alice and the human.
Theora continued to watch the car as she spoke to Jane. “I see a flame red car, driven by one of our kind. She is blonde and beautiful, more so then many of our kind. She is talking to someone, but I can’t hear either side of the conversation.” She paused a second to listen, but still nothing. “It means she and the other person on the line are further from us then Alice and the Human.” Theora spoke calmly; getting aggravated would not help her to see.
Theora knew that there were more members of this family; she pushed on searching for another. This time her mind fell darker muted green tones mixed with brown and flecks of white. She saw the rapid, blurred movement of someone. Theora moved quickly to catch up with the blur. As she sped up she caught sight of a slender woman with caramel colored hair. It was clear she was one of them, a Cullen and a Vampire, by her speed, beauty and dark eyes. Theora watched the woman for a moment as she darted for an animal that way out of Theora’s sight. This woman’s face radiated warmth and love, two concepts alien and repulsive to Theora.
Theora let her eyes fly open to cut the image. “There was another. I am not sure where.” She said quickly. “She Caramel hair and a face of a mother.” She spat with the same contempt Jane had spoken Edward’s name with.

"Rosalie and Esme," They'd never really given her anything for her to despise other than they were associated with a demeanig lifestyle. Esme, Carlisle mate, supposedly had a very motherly feature about her and the same attitude when it came to own family. Jane had never had the "pleasure" to meet her. The same "love" she held for Edward, Theora seemed to share with the vision of Esme. Still Jane held some respect for Carlisle. "Rosalie, the blond, her beauty is to be envied even by our own kind. Vampires like her are rare." Rosalie Cullen was what most women dreamed to be but Jane could careless, she'd been turned before her prime, but it was something that she did not envy. Her childlike features helped when it came to finding her own prey. Play the lost young girl and they were like puddy in your hands (more like blood sacks).
"It looks as if these visions are playing to our favor," Jane smiled, her angelic features brighten than dulled again, "Aro has plans for our two rare Cullens...and possible this human." It would be time soon for her to go to the surface to montior Edward and his moves, if it came down to it she'd be able to use her powers to hopefully immobilize him with pain, that he'd be struck down before he'd be able to do anything stupid.
